- 现行新版:IEC 62262:2021;
- 国内等同转化新版:GB/T 20138-2023(等同 IEC 62262:2021);
- 旧国标 GB/T 20138-2006 等同 IEC 62262:2002,现已废止。
二、适用范围 IEC 62262:2002
Specifies classification system (IK codes) and test methods to assess the ability of enclosures of electrical equipment to resist mechanical impacts from external solid objects.
规定电气设备外壳抵抗外部硬物机械撞击的分级体系(IK 代码)与对应试验方法,适用于低压电气设备外壳。
三、2002 版 IK 冲击能量对照表(无 IK11)
IEC 62262:2002 最高仅到 IK10(20 J),无 IK11(50J),IK11 是 2021 新版新增:

四、IEC 62262:2002 核心试验要求

Test hammer calibration tolerance: ±5% impact energy
冲击能量校准允许误差 ±5%

Test points: all exposed surfaces, edges, protrusions of enclosure
冲击点位:外壳所有外露平面、边角、凸起薄弱位置

Impact times: 5 impacts per test area, max 3 impacts on one single point
每个区域冲击 5 次,同一点位最多冲击 3 次

Acceptance criteria after test
试验合格判定:
-
No penetration, no critical cracking, no permanent severe deformation;
外壳无贯穿破损、无严重开裂、无永久性大幅变形;
-
Internal electrical parts keep normal function, insulation and clearances unaffected.
内部元器件功能正常,绝缘、电气间隙不被破坏。
